My roof was damaged in Hurricane Irma. I have Wiltjer as my Insurance agent for over 25 years. They really are working hard to help me get the needed repairs. Janis was able to get me a reputable contractor locally to come and put tarps on, to mininize future damage...and I didn't have to go through: Press 4 if you know your extension. You know the feeling. You call, a real live person answers the phone. When your upset it is great to have a person that actually cares that things are done properly. You get that at Wiltjer. This has been my agency for 18 years and even though the office is a distance from my home, I would not think of changing agencies. Very polite, helpful, courteous, willing to search for best policy to meet my needs. Janis has been my go-to gal.
