Woodall & Hoggle has been handling our company's Professional Liability and General Liability insurance for a few years, and we couldn't be more pleased (especially when we compare them to our previous insurance agency). Whenever we interact with Chris Hoggle and Elicia Wright, their responsiveness and professionalism are always appreciated.

My firm has been with Woodall & Hoggle for around 3 years and have been fortunate enough not to have to file any claims. Because of this, our interactions are largely limited to annual renewal and issuance of COIs with our primary contact being Elicia Wright. The annual renewal process is never fun, but that's just the way it is. They do their best to make the process as painless as possible by giving us ample time to complete the paperwork and being responsive to any questions we have during this process. Our clients regularly ask for updated COIs and Elicia is always prompt to send those and takes the time to spell things correctly on the forms (which is something other insurance companies have struggled with in the past). With our interactions being limited, I don't know what more I could ask for from an agency. We're happy to continue using their firm and have not had reason to shop elsewhere since signing with them.

They are always willing and eager to help and easy to get in touch with by phone or email. Elicia Wright has been amazing to work with and always fast to respond. Highly recommend....Friendly home town feel! Five stars from me!

I recently was in the process of purchasing a home. I didn't know much about home owners insurance so I called W&H. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Elicia. She was very professional but still remained personable. When I asked her questions she responded in terms that I could understand and didn't seem like a robot reading from a screen. She was very helpful in helping me to understand the different types of coverage. Thanks Elicia.
