When I spoke to the claims department I believe the claims agent name was Ashley Hartfield. She was very patient and understanding of what I was going through, She never made me feel like this was a protocol procedure running through the process, it felt like she was here to help me through a process I was going through that was filled with anxiety and uncertainty, thank you
