Excellent Agent with Cole Tidwell. Been with him for over 4 years and has helped me make Macon Water Authority one of the best water operations in Georgia! Together Cole and myself have implemented safety policies and procedures that have dropped our WC Mod from a 1.30 three years ago to the present .93. Saving us a high mid 5 figures in premium! Cole and his team have been there every day for me helping me learn how a Government entity like ours is protected with policies I never knew existed from cyber-terrorism to sewage and lift station back-ups!
