Matt is a fantastic agent. We started working another agent on an acquisition. As the closing date approached, we began to get concerned that we wouldn't be able to bind the coverage we needed. We got Matt on the phone and within days had a very competitive quote with what we feel is top notch service. Matt knows his business and does it well.

Matt is very quick to respond even to a busy contractor like myself. He always gets back to me fast keeping my business protected.

Southwest Commercial has helped manage our professional and general liability business insurance for years, with excellent service. Matt Gerhardt, our insurance agent, responds quickly to any questions we have about our coverage and is very easy to work with. Their new online website has made sending out insurance certificates even easier. We highly recommend them!

Since meeting Matt Gerhardt with Southwest Commercial Insurance, our insurance needs have been met better than with anyone in the past. Matt provides excellent customer service and looks out for me better than any other insurance agent I have dealt with. When it comes to renewal quotes, he does his best to ensure that I have the right coverage at the right price. I believe that customers should be treated with respect and provided with the attention they need to feel confidant in the service provider. In the past 3 years, Matt has never caused me to question whether he values my business or not. He goes above and beyond what many agents and agencies would.

Matt is our insurance broker and friend. He started our relationship off by saving us a ton of money on our General Lines policy. More than that though, he's been a huge help in counseling us through various development stages of our business and his advice is always solid. Matt's one hell of a golfer and has abs of steel, but I like him because he's an honest hard working guy that I know I can trust.
