Just wanted to thank you for placing me through Safeco Insurance Company. I recently had a claim and when I called it in I didn't know what to expect. Safeco took my call and emailed me the rental car authorization information before I even finished reporting the claim.
The claims adjusters were all professional even calling me back multiple times to make sure I was OK, checking to see if I had additional questions or needed anything.
My car was totaled. Safeco gave me more for my car than I expected. If it is possible to have a pleasant claims experience, I must say I had a pleasant claims experience.
