I have had auto and homeowners insurance through Schaffner Insurance for 16 years and have always received excellent service. Bob and Melanie are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I insured my very first car with Schaffner Insurance almost twenty years ago. Bob Schaffner and his staff have continuously provided me with superior service. There have been many times that Bob has helped me with finding the correct policy depending on my needs at that time. It is nice to know that I have an agent I can trust and will answer the phone when I call. I just insured my ninth vehicle with Schaffner Insurance and I couldn't imagine ever using anyone else.

Being able to count on your Insurance Company is a huge plus and Schaffner Insurance provides that kind of customer service. I have several vehicles insured thru Schaffner Insurance as well as my construction company's general liability, workers comp and several properties too. They provide me with excellent care. No automated lines to go through, you acutually get a person when you call.
