- Reliable, competitive, friendly, helpful, trustworthy. Those are the words I would use to describe Preferred American. I was blown away, when we signed with Preferred American for our general liability, at how quick and easy they were to work with on a regular basis -and cheaper all around, not only did they get us a better rate, I was having to spend way less time working on insurance paperwork! We have since added them as our bonding agent and look forward to having them take care of our auto very soon! With Preferred American you don't have to write down the name of the person you finally got a hold of after dealing with a machine for 20 minutes. There are no machines, you know your agent and they make themselves available to you in order to fulfill your insurance needs immediately. - I can't say enough about the great service I get from Steve Daniels and Zach Engledow. They have been helping me with my insurance for a couple of years now and I will continue to do my insurance with them. They always get the information I need or the additional insurance that I need in a quick and timely manner. I really appreciate what they have done for my company. Good work guys! Now if I can just find employees that work like these guys do!!

Eddie and Zach are the best. There customer service is Exceptional, We are a commercial contractor and deal with a lot of companies and are constantly in need of insurance certificates for our clients named as additional insured, EDDIE and Zack Have always responded to our needs (Immediately) and if there was ever a probleum they stayed on top of it the the matter was resolved.
