I candidly never saw business insurance as more than a have to have item on my checklist. That was before Rick became my insurance partner. Some insurance agents are technicians who specialize in coverage. Some agents are risk managers who specialize in making you safer and more profitable. Some agents specialize in understanding needs and servicing their clients. It's rare to find an agent who is all of that wrapped up in one. When you do, you view them as a consultant in the same way you view your accountant or your attorney. Rick Craig is that rare agent. I’ve worked in the insurance industry for 25 years and I’ve met thousands of agents. If I were a business owner, Rick would be my choice, out of all of them, to be my insurance agent.
