The staff that works at Merrell Insurance is wonderful and they are all very knowledgeable. If they are unclear on something, they go the extra mile to research it for me. I never have to wait long for a response. He always has time for me when I have a question or stop in to see him. He has a friendly staff that always assists me when he is not available. They always work hard to keep my premiums manageable. These are good people!

I love this agency. There..I said it. I actually love an insurance agency. Fantastic rates, very easy to do business with and always there to answer questions and concerns. After an auto accident, they came through with flying colors. I highly recommend this agency to anyone.

I have been doing business with this Nationwide location since Alan Radefeld was the owner. I have been a client there since I started driving at the age of 16 in 1986. Over the years I have added both of my children, multiple autos and my house to my list of policies with Nationwide. I have ALWAYS had stellar service from this group of professionals. The transition from Radefeld to Merrell was smooth and seamless. Both are outstanding and very reputable individuals that value giving excellent service to their clients. Any time you need them they are there, and they are lightening fast to get you moving again should you be in an accident. I can't say enough wonderful things about this agency. I just know that I really appreciate their dedication to helping their clients with the absolute highest degree of friendliness and professionalism that I have ever experienced anywhere!!
