Lynn Fugitt has made our experience with buying homeowners insurance a pleasure. She has always been there for us. We had a difficult situation (to put it mildly ) with our mortgage company. Lynn went the extra mile to see that we were able to satisfy the bank on more than one occasion. We have sold our lake home and must part company with Maddrey. My only regret is that we didn't use Maddrey sooner! She is an asset to the Maddrey Insurance Company and I wish her all the best.

I felt compelled to write this shout out after a recent interaction with my agent Lynn Fuggit. In reaching out to Lynn with my two requests and modifications I was presented with my options and advised on a course of action. This was at 4:45 pm and by 8:45 am the next morning I was given the costs to all my options including a no cost transaction supplement and considerable added coverage at minimal extra cost to me which included raising my deductible. Considering my history of claims and my skill set to assume repair of any minor damages it was a an easy decision to self insure by raising my deductible, significantly increase coverage and keep my money in my pocket.
THAT IS WHAT I CALL GREAT SERVICE AND ALL IN 16 HOURS.
