I recently had hail damage to both of my cars. I called Michael the next day to get the phone number for Wabeno Insurance. He responded within the hour, I called the insurance company, and an adjuster came to my house 2 days later.Within a week, they contacted the body shop, reached an agreement, and sent me two checks. Very satisfied with the whole process.

In 2016 we had hail damage to the roofs on both of our homes. Adjusters from Met Life and Auto Owners Insurance Co. authorized roof replacements for both structures. They both handled our claim in a courteous and professional manner. We were very pleased with the entire experience.
Thank you Michael for all your help in making this happen. We appreciate all the extra effort that you put into everything that you do for us.

Apologies for not responding to you sooner - it's been a very busy time, but that's no excuse for me not getting back to you. I wanted to say thank you for all of your help with our insurance, you certainly made the whole process very painless and also facilitated our houe purchase, for which we will always be grateful.

Just wanted to say thanks for the help in getting our insurance needs to where they were needed. We weren't happy with our previous long-term agent, and didn't realize how lacking and overpriced our coverage was until we had you quote our needs. Not only did you provide us with auto and home insurance with great coverage but also an umbrella policy as well. All of this was done while actually paying less than our previous insurance coverage, but we got so much more with you. We also bought 2 new cars throughout the last year, and each time I called you after hours or an a weekend to make sure we had coverage, you took the time to make things happen.
