I am so happy to have found JSW Insurance, and I enthusiastically recommend them. Rick Hatcher helped me get set up with Auto and Home Insurance. Rick was so easy to talk to and really took the time to discuss all of my options and here me out on what I needed. I am so grateful for his help. There is real peace of mind that comes with knowing I am protected and that I got a great price on the coverage I need. Being new in town, it was really nice to have someone to talk to, who understood what I was going through trying to get set up here. I’m so grateful, thank you!

I've been working with Craig of JSW Insurance since 2010 and have been consistently impressed by how accessible he is. I've never waited longer than a few hours for a response to a question and Craig always takes the time to make sure he has provided me with the information I need. Highly recommend.

Craig Williams wasn't currently my insurance agent but I'd had an incident where I needed advice and ended up speaking with him. He was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I'm sending him my current insurance information now and hoping we can switch over as soon as possible.

I have been a customer of JSW for many, many years. Craig, Laura and the entire JSW team have always treated us like gold. But I really learned the value of their service when I had to leave them (I moved to the East Coast for a few years). Finding and independent agent that really had my best interests at heart was difficult...and I am not sure I succeeded. When I moved back to the Bay Area, one of my first calls was to Craig. I have only had a couple small claims...one on a house (fallen tree damage) and a small car issue (backed into a stationary construction bin)...both claims were handled quickly and efficiently, with no problems or irritations. Like the pop song..."smooth as a fresh jar of Skippy".I can also say, since my parents are also customers, JSW takes good care of my entire family! I would highly recommend them!
