We used JLS Ins for our homeowners. Patrice Hart was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and informative, always available to answer any questions and provided us with incredible savings. I would highly recommend her services to anyone!

We have used the Smith Agency for years. Patrice Hart has recently been particularly helpful in dealing with our teen drivers. We have a plan that helps us to monitor our teen drivers while providing incentives for them to be safer drivers. Patrice is professional, quick to return emails, and a pleasure to work with.

Excellent customer service. On the individual side, Patrice got me great rates on both homeowners and auto insurance, with excellent coverage. We also insured the employees in my medical practice through James L. Smith Insurance. Dan was great in helping us to decide among the best health insurance plans in the Pittsburgh area, which change quite a bit year to year. Would recommend without reservation.

We have had our home insurance with James L Smith Ins for years. More recently, Patrice Hart added our auto insurance. She spent the time to provide us with a plan that is thorough and the savings she was able to offer - bonus! Shout-out to their customer service - always there for me in a pinch. I highly recommend!!
