Will Heinsen is amazing. We had a difficulty getting insurance for my home purchase due to some roofing repairs that needed to be conducted before the house could be insured. This setback could have derailed the purchase of my home. Instead, Will came up with the idea of using Builders Risk Insurance for the interim until the roof was fixed and then switch to homeowner's insurance at a reduced premium. The, in the middle of the closing preparations, we got new of Hurrican Dorian coming and my future house insurance would not be in place! Will came to the rescue and arranged a pre-payment and cleared everything before the home purchase to ensure that the second the title deed changed names, my home was secured. Thank you Will -- for your care and attention. Your brought comfort in a scary situation that I didnt know how to handle or how it would work out! I am and my family are very grateful. I would like to recognize Tyler Cone for his outstanding assistance and work in helping me locate the best Home Owners insurance prices. Tyler demonstrated outstanding customer satisfaction efforts by answering all of my questions and returning my calls or email promptly. In addition, Tyler assisted me with obtaining copies of my previous home insurance companies information along with assisting me in obtaining a current copy of my security company's ownership certificate to obtain the best discounts via three-way conference calls. Tyler also put me in touch with the appropriate contact to conduct a new wind inspection for my home at the best price which further assisted me in getting the best discounts available on my new insurance policy.
