HBI Insurance is AWESOME! Heidi Brown called me back within 30 minutes and it was after 5pm. She then shopped around and secured auto and home insurance for me and it was not an easy feat as I had a few wrecks and a ticket. She worked all morning and was able to find a solution to my problem and do it all by email! Excellent and timely customer service is what keeps customer's coming back and referring and because i work for the BA Chamber, I can tell you who does that well - and Heidi is at the TOP of that list!
