We have used General Insurance for our personal and business insurance needs for years! Their local customer service is top notch and they always respond to any questions I have very quickly. Any claims have been handled timely without any issues. Would highly recommend Doug & Mike and their team!

When working with an insurance agent or company, it always works best when you have built a solid relationship with them. Doug with General Insurance Agency was great and easy to work with as we navigated through the Derecho and the damage to our multiple properties this last August (2020). Doug also spends the needed time to review the policy with us and explain any questions we have when it comes to renewals.

I have been with General Insurance for 10 years. Doug, Mike and their staff have provided accountable and thorough service. They are more than willing to explain any insurance coverage and changes that may occur. Their staff is very accessible with questions or claims. I would highly recommend their insurance services.
