Christina was awesome! I usually dread doing anything with insurance. Once Christina starting working with me I was very happy! Christina went above and beyond putting my quote together and sending it to me within 24 hours.

Kelly has taken care of me and my husband's needs going on almost ten years. She is responsive and makes sure everything is taking care of for us. Kelly is quite honestly like family to me. She is there whenever we need her and I appreciate her.

Car insurance is something you have and hope to never have to use. We were involved in a hit and run Friday evening and by Monday mid morning- Kelly and Kayo had submitted my claim, made a reservation for a rental car, and had an adjuster scheduled to come look at my car.
They were extremely understanding and helpful- explaining the process to me step by step. They made what could have been a very painful and inconvenient process- simple and easy. I have dealt with Kayo and Kelly on multiple occasions and they are always very responsive and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
