Encompass Risk Management succeeded in finding the required liability insurance for us and they worked to get us a standard rate.  We are a nascent non-profit that hires work challenged individuals in the community to cook soup that we sell in grocery stores.  We donate all profit from those sales to a local umbrella organization that manages all homeless shelters and homelessness issues.

Erich took the time to learn our business and has become our “go to” risk manager and adviser.  We are looking forward to working with Encompass Risk Management for a long time.

We have been doing business with Erich Gram and Encompass Risk Management (ERM) since 2016.  For at least five years prior, we made several attempts to join a captive to purchase workers compensation insurance.  Thanks to Erich’s extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, we were able to join a captive in 2018.  Since then, we have relied on Erich and Encompass Risk Management (ERM) to provide our insurance needs. We work with ERM because we can rely on the information we receive from Erich Gram.  In addition, Erich is extremely responsive.  He is a valuable resource and an extension of our corporate organization.
