The Jim Howe Agency on Far West Boulevard (now located on Parkcrest Drive) in Austin Texas has taken care of my insurance needs including several homes, numerous rental properties, umbrella, and auto policies for over 25 years. I have had to file very few claims, but when I have, I have been given outstanding, personal attention through all levels of the process. I realize many people are benefitting from new technology which saves them a trip to the office, but I like having good, knowledgeable agents and staff who are always available to me when I need to renew, make changes, have questions, or file claims. The personal attention is worth everything to me and is one of the reasons I continue to do business with Nationwide at the Jim Howe Agency (now DMc Insurance Partners). [This office also has a bowl of nuggets of chocolate with nuts!]

We have counted on Nationwide (Insurance) to fulfill our auto and home insurance needs for almost 25 years. The agents (at DMc Insurance Partners) are professional, highly competent and conscientious. The company has grown quite a bit in the last 25 years, but we still receive the service of a neighborhood agency and are very appreciative that some things in this busy world DON'T change...like an insurance company you can rely on.
