My wife and I have been with the Alton’s for it seems almost 8 years. I have never know an agent or should I say a family of agents that are so willing to go above and beyond to ensure that myself and my family have that piece of mind that our property is covered. As a military family we are on the go quite a bit. The Alton’s are quick on the draw when we call. This is very important as we are both deployed. We know that they are always looking out for our best interest. When we are home we look forward to going into the office to pay our bills even though we can save some time and do it over the phone. Our reason for that is the Alton’s take great pride in knowing their clients. We are also proud to say that we know these great Americans as they have always expressed their pride in our American Military service members. It is with great pleasure and loyalty that Robert D. Alton Agency will be a staple source of insurance for my family for years to come.

My wife and I moved to the area permanently in June of 2012. I have never had an agency so attentive to our needs as the Alton family. Moving to a new area near the river, they guided us through the process and now are taking care of all our insurance needs. Their personalized service is second to none, We would highly recommend them to anyone with no reservations.

I normally do not review companies online but this providers service and pricing were so excellent that I felt it should be voiced.
Been with them for a number of years and they are top notch in every aspect. Friendly staff and a physical office is a must for me and these guys exceeded expectations.

Dave, Sue and the entire staff are great! I highly recommend their agency to anyone in need of auto or home insurance. Any time I have a question or problem, it is handled expeditiously and efficiently.
