I've called quite a few insurance agents to ask for certificates of insurance for contractors I've hired for residential work, but Kathy Hux with Carolina Underwriters is the most professional, nicest, and helpful agent I've ever dealt with. Each time I've called, very professional, complete certs are emailed quickly, even on very short notice. I wish all the contractors I call had insurance with this
agency.

Lance Jimison is a total rock star. If only everyone in business took the same pride in serving their customers and being a true professional. For the first time in my 25+ years in business I actually have a value-add partner in an insurance agent. Lance and Carolina Underwriters have consistently exceeded my service expectations- especially in finding the optimal ways through complicated insurance contexts- you can't go wrong with them.

Lance Jimison was wonderful to work with! He was very prompt in responding to me and getting me the insurance quotes! Very helpful and professional! I work in Property Management and will most definitely refer Lance Jimison and Carolina Underwriters Insurance to all of our clients!!

I can not compliment Julie Carpenter & her office staff enough. Every time I phone their office, a pleasant, friendly person answers and puts me right thru to Julie. I have had several different insurance issues in the last year and Julie has ALWAYS worked with me for the best solution. Her competence, efficiency and thoroughness is amazing. I feel so very fortunate to have them in my corner!

I've known Carolina Underwriters and the Family since 1994. They have the same "culture" as we do at my office which includes a deeply caring, "hands-on" approach, local presence and family feel. Speaking of "hand-on"...I am extremely busy (as we all are) however yesterday, Julie Carpenter, went above and beyond! She actually always goes "above and beyond" however yesterday she was so helpful right when I needed it, and these are the times that matter! While trying to multi-task a billion things, I had a bill due that was nearing cancellation because the Mortgage Company I'm with didn't escrow enough money. Julie offered to jump right in and take care of this for me. She paid my bill with a credit card I had on file with them. Many of you know that feeling you get when 1 more item is now off your list, when you had no idea how you would get to it that day. Cheers to Julie! Thank you so much for all the "times" you support and save me!
