If you have the pleasure of working with Carrie Arthur, she is an absolute ALL STAR!! Her professionalism and efficiency are top notch. I had a lot of "life things" happening all at once, and she put my mind at ease while navigating a solution. She was quick to follow up with any information I had requested, and answered the MANY question I had. I truly felt that Carrie was GENUINELY invested in helping me - something I think a lot of customer/client service specialists are lacking these days. I felt like an actual human being - and not just a number or name.

I contacted Ronna the other day to tell her I couldn't figure out if my home & car insurance for the year had been paid to Auto Owners. I am 76 and lost the papers I think were sent to me -- she was so courteous and worked very quickly to take care of my problem. I authorized her to send check because it was due on the 25th -- within 15 minutes she had taken care of the situation for this old lady and I can't tell you how very much I appreciated her assistance -- excellent customer service.

Purchased a new house & asked Bukaty to help with the insurance. Not only did we save money on a joint home & car policy, but the very friendly people we worked made the process so simple! Highly recommend!!
