We have been with the Bob McMullen agency since 2007 when we met Diane Ryan. She handled our first insurance need in Fl and has been taking care of us ever since. Diane is very professional and timely when responding to any request. We did encounter a problem that was immediately resolved to our satisfaction.

I received a personal call from Bob to remind me about a missing payment. Funny...I sent the check on time to the insurance company and it was returned to me because I forgot to fill in the: Pay to the Order of... Bob took quick care of the problem...Thanks Bob.

Knowledgeable Courteous Efficient Service!As a Canadian who had recently purchased a local vehicle and vacation property, I was at a loss on who or how to shop for an insurance provider. As I was driving along the main artery of Tamiami Trail in South West Florida ( Bonita Springs ) by pure luck I see from a distance the Business premises of McMullen Insurance Agency, and being spontaneous I pulled over and inquired about my insurance needs.The rest is history because I never looked back looking anywhere else for my insurance needs.
