We have been with Arbutina Insurance Group for four years and have always been happy with the company and our agent, Ryan Davila. We recently had a tree fall on our car and needed to file a claim. It was around 10PM on a Sunday night, but Nationwide was at work for us right away, and I felt like we were in competent hands the entire time. Our agent helped us figure out how to file a claim, and everyone we spoke with throughout the process was helpful. We used the recommended auto collision shop from Nationwide and are happy with the work done on our car. Ryan also took care of a billing issue with the rental company for us. I definitely recommend Arbutina Insurance Group.
