Initially, my husband and I were in search of immediately acquiring an insurance policy which would offer both a comprehensive package of coverage and a manageable premium. She is definitely the epitome of extraordinarily impeccable skills and possesses a pristine knowledge-base of the insurance industry – a consummate professional. She has a committed work ethic, an astute ability to focus, a quality command to assess, match, and recommend a policy to the requirements of a client. Mrs. Hayes was diligent and expedient in her turnaround to provide a quote and a noteworthy solution, which exceeded our expectations. We were thoroughly impressed with her kind humanistic touch, her succinct clarity and explanations, her luminous enunciation, her glowing esprit de corps, and honorable mention – opening the door for us to ask questions, and her perfect patience – just to name a few of her noticeable traits. By and through her actions it was obvious to us that she is trustworthy, represents, executes, and is espoused to the operating standards, goals, and values of her company! We salute Mrs. Hayes as she is a person with several years of seasoned experience. Mrs. Hayes clearly allayed our apprehensions in whether or not we were speaking with one of the most seasoned persons in the insurance marketplace! She absolutely is!!

Found this agency online and I have not been disappointed. They have saved me hundreds of dollars a year on my insurance as well as making sure I am covered correctly - something my old agent never took the time to do. I really appreciate Lavonda's help!!!
