Shopping for new insurance can be a dreadful task, but working with Tom Jacobsen was such a pleasure! Tom took the time to explain our coverage, answer all of our questions, and save us almost $2000 a year! Talk about a homerun! He was always available to answer our questions and work around our crazy schedules. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made the process of switching insurance companies seamless and easy. I highly recommend working with Tom. My only regret is that I didn’t reach out to him sooner. Tom Jacobsen at Combined Business Group was fantastic to work with. He shopped multiple insurance companies to get me the best value. Not only did he save me money on my home and auto insurance, he made sure that I had all necessary documents for me to transfer my New Jersey driver’s license to Pennsylvania. Tom Jacobson has been a friend for over 30 years and while no one likes to talk or shop insurance I knew it was time to get some quotes.Tom saved us around 1200.00 per year.
not only did he save us money he was able to up the insurance on our condo as it was too low from the last insurance company.
Tom is a no pressure sales rep and only wants what is best for his clients and it shows in how he is no strings attached, I'm sure if he couldn't have helped he would have said so.

I have known Tom Jacobsen for many years as a business partner and friend. When Tom approached me on taking a look at my home and car insurance, I was a little skeptical mostly because I had been with the same company for over 30 years. Tom professionally laid out his plan of how he would analyze my business and promised to give me his opinion with no strings attached. When he got back to me with his proposal I was astonished with the cost savings, but more importantly his professionalism and product knowledge. He walked me through the proposal with no high pressure, but with recommendations. I was very impressed with the insurance companies he had look at my business with both their size and reputation. In the end we made the switch to Tom, saving close to $2000 and still maintaining the level of insurance we needed for both our home and auto insurance. I strongly recommend Tom for all of your insurance needs. I have to add that I never even got a phone call from former carrier asking if there was anything they could do, even reinforcing more that I made the right decision. Give Tom a call!

??Mike Bell Sr. is the best agent I have ever had ! He shops around to get the best pricing for the coverage I need. He is very prompt returning phone calls or emails. He is my trusted insurance agent, and I will not go to anyone else for my auto and home insurance needs.
