I cannot recommend Matt enough. If you own a small business, do yourself a favor and work with Southwest. I started working with Matt after going through a lot of grief with another insurance broker, who did not help me through the complicated process of making good decisions with insurance, and landed me with big unexpected bills. The process with Matt was night and day difference. He actually explained how everything worked, and took the time to really walk me through things to consider how to get the best options for my company. He didn't pressure me to get more than I need, while also explaining clearly the pros/cons of ways to protect our company. Since beginning to work with Matt, I've also found out he continues this level of service all the time, not just at the beginning.

I started a small business a few months ago and was looking for insurance to meet my needs when I ran across Matt Gerhardt at Southwest Commercial Insurance Agency. Matt has been awesome, not only is he diligent and gets things done quickly, he is always there to answer any questions I have. He is extremely friendly and outgoing. I have dealt with a passel of agents in my life and I have met none near as professional as Matt. I cannot see myself going to any other agency and highly recommend Matt and his agency.

Matt is a fantastic agent. We started working another agent on an acquisition. As the closing date approached, we began to get concerned that we wouldn't be able to bind the coverage we needed. We got Matt on the phone and within days had a very competitive quote with what we feel is top notch service. Matt knows his business and does it well.

Matt is very quick to respond even to a busy contractor like myself. He always gets back to me fast keeping my business protected.

Southwest Commercial has helped manage our professional and general liability business insurance for years, with excellent service. Matt Gerhardt, our insurance agent, responds quickly to any questions we have about our coverage and is very easy to work with. Their new online website has made sending out insurance certificates even easier. We highly recommend them!
