We drive into Mexico 5-6 times a year and getting insurance through Sanborn's is easy. I call them up and they have my info/vehicles in their database. They explain my coverage options each time or give me the option to use the same as last time. Rates are pretty affordable considering the consequences of not being insured. The sales reps are always very polite/patient with me throughout the process. I usually have my policy in my email within 10 minutes of the call ending if not before I hang up the phone. Thankfully I have not had to make a claim so don't know how that process works.
