This has to be the easiest auto insurance agent to deal with, great team, the general manager Fred was able to get all my 6 cars covered with full coverage and beat my old insurance company by $480 per month, I am serious, $480 savings is a whole lot of money when you are running a business that is trying to save $$$ daily, Fred and his team are real, no games or gimmicks. Great one stop shop. Very friendly and personable people who take good care of you, and the fact that they have DMV service is amazing. I was able to walk out with insurance and my plates and stickers, I am on cloud 9. Thanks Fred and team you are my broker for life.

I cant refer this office enough rapid response 5 star customer service and Great Policy protection From Dmv services to Tax service SR22 and More!! Off Road Vehicle and Registration too for all my Tomboy toys Fred and the rest of the Staff have always taken Care of Any of our Family's need when it comes to Insurance and so forth . PRICES ARE VERY AFFORDABLE I've been with The General since 2009 And wouldn't switch policy might but Provider Not a chance Had My vehicle's driven off the Lot because the Agents are willing to Help Faxed over my updated insurance info for truck and Ducati same Day .. Don't let these Big company's fool you they don't keep up with every single client . The General Gardena Has my Vote

Well I found Fred to be a great broker he found me a great insurance plan for me and the wife's car he was upfront about all the fees and it was a no hassle service. Unlike other insurance brokers Fred sat down with me and asked what I wanted covered under the policy I also got a bunch of discounts wish was of great help and lowered my premiums. U don't get service like that at other insurance brokers . Like I said before hassle free and straight to the point . Keep up the good work

I have gone to Fred twice now with two different cars and the fact that he also does DMV services is really convenient. One car was from an auction lot, another car was from out-of-state and I didn't have a California license, but Fred was able to get it all done - insured and registered quickly. It would've been too complicated for me to figure out myself and I probably would've made many trips to the DMV. Fred is great, would recommend him!
