My company has been doing business with FALCON for the past 8 years. I run a small contracting company that lives and dies on providing potential clients and current clients with timely certificates of insurance. They not only get these done fast, but they have also given me access to my own cert template to use when it is after hours or on the weekends when I need to provide a customer with evidence of our insurance! Excellent in my book!

We have known Steve & Rafaela for over 10 years now. Both have shown a level of professionalism that is rare in today's marketplace. We are very happy to be able to work with everyone there as well. We have even received calls back after hours and on weekends with any issues that we have run across.
