It is not possible to overstate how awesome Reggie and his team were on our recent claim. Grinder pump died and backed up sewage on Dec 23rd (Merry Christmas)! When I informed Reggie, he pointed me to some coverages he had recommended to me when writing my homeowners policy that covered a lot of what I assumed was coming out of my pocket. Saved me some serious dollars, not to mention that he was proactive and involved along the way, to include calling me on Christmas Eve to check on us. Awesome service, coverage, knowledge and professionalism.

We've had a good experience from our closing last year and sad to say we experienced a hail storm claim in our Orange Beach home. Amanda & Reggie both were very attentive and can't say enough as we all know the truth comes out when a claim happens. Very satisficed and would recommend the Agency! Keep up the great work.

I had a horrible experience with another local insurance agent. It almost put us behind on our closing on a house we were purchasing. I called coastal Alabama and Amanda to the rescue!! She was so very nice,helpful and very prompt. Very professional and most of all, she listened to my problem and was able within Minutes quote me a price and get my problem solved by writing a policy for us. I’m so appreciative of her, and would highly recommend her!

Coastal Alabama Insurance has been great to my family and I. Reggie and his team have bent over backwards to work with me around the clock. When I call he answers on nights and or weekends. Whenever I have a question or concern he's available to help, being a first time homeowner that was a huge help!! I can't thank you and your team enough!

I shopped agencies. Coastal Alabama Insurance has competitive rates. I had no problem getting in touch with them. They were actually a pleasure to deal with. I don't find the need for anyone else.
